Refund Policy

At MindQuest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or an exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Note: Digital products, including downloadable audio guides, digital access codes, and online content, are non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, unless the content is defective.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, missing accessories, or that show signs of wear beyond inspection will not be eligible for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging with the RAN clearly marked on the outside
  5. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

4.1 Returns Due to MindQuest Error

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

4.2 Returns Due to Customer Preference

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or any reason not related to a MindQuest error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. After approval, refunds will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange or issue store credit that you can use to purchase a different product.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you after receiving and processing your return. Standard shipping rates apply to the replacement product unless the exchange is due to a MindQuest error.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when possible.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them about your return.

9. Promotional Items and Discounts

If your order included promotional items or discounts that were contingent on purchasing multiple items, and returning an item makes you ineligible for that promotion, the value of the promotion or discount may be deducted from your refund.

For example, if you received a free item with a purchase over £50 and your return brings the order total below £50, we may deduct the value of the free item from your refund or require its return.
